Mode selection:

1. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement w.r.t. qualification and experience will be accepted
2. A Merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate percentage obtained in B .E/B.Tech and relevant work experience will  be allowed weight as indicated below
3. In case any university/institute follows an evaluation system of CGPA /DGPA /OCPA or letter grade the candidate wherever applicable it is mandatory for the candidates to submit a percentage
4. The name of candidates shortlisted for interview will  be available on our
5.  Candidates who have been shortlisted for interview will receive an interview call only by email
6. The interview will be through video base and separate instructions for the interview will be provided in the interview call letter to the shortlisted candidates
7. The result of the final selection will  be made available on BEL: website
8. Provisional appointment order will be issued to the selected  candidates by email

General Conditions:

1. Before applying for the post the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility mentioned in the advertisement
2. Request for change of category (GEN/OBC/EWS/SC?ST) once declared in the application will not be entertained 
3. Candidates employed in Govt. /Quasi. Govt and public sector undertaking is required to submit the application through the proper channel 
4. BE: reserves the right to change(cancel/modify/add) any of the criteria methods of selection number of posts indicated above based on the actual requirement at the time of selection

Civil Surgeon and submit the medical report as per the requirement of the company
9. admission at all /any stage of the selection process will be a purely provisional mere issue of an interview call to the candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been cleared by BEL. BE: reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidates at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever
10. Please ensure that the applicant fulfills all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement in case the applicant fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement for the post his /her candidature will be canceled at any point in the selection process the decision of the management in this regard would be final candidates must  go through all instruction and eligibility criteria carefully before submission of application fee
11. Selected candidates are required to be covered under a medical insurance scheme for a sum

14. Candidates belonging to the OBC category should produce the date of the certificate
15. In case any dispute arises on account of the interpretation of clauses in any version of this advertisement other than English the English version available on the BEL Website shall prevail
16. Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement including the recruitment process shall  be subject to the sole
