The reservation for physically handicapped /EX/servicemen/ sports person shall be in accordance with the rules of the order issued from time to time the vacancies advertised include backlog vacancies

1. A candidate in order to be eligible for the above posts
2. Skall is a citizen of the Indian
3. Must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the council constitute S -3 of the Orissa higher secondary education act 1962 or equivalent examination from a recognized council board of university as the case may be 
4. Must have at least passed diploma in computer application form recognize institute
5. Must not be below 18 years and above 38 years of age as of 2-7-2022 provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST/SEBC and women candidates and 10 years in case of physically handicapped candidates forEx serviceman after deducting the period of service tendered in and forces form the present age the resultant ager should not exceed 38 years 
6. must be able to speak read and write Oriya and have passed a list in Oriya equivalent to the M.E 
7. Must be of good character
8. Must be of sound health good physique and free from organic defect or bodily infirmity or commutable disease
9. Must not have more than one spite living if married
10. Musty not have been convicted of an offense climbing moral turpitude
11. Must have passed a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting ( for  the first junior typist)
12. Must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in type writing per minute ( for the post of Stenographer ( Grade – III) 
13. Must have practical knowledge of operating computer

Fees for examination:

mp examination fees shall be collected from any applicant for applying/ appearing in the recruitment test or examination as per Odisha discontinuance of payment of application and examination fees for recruitment to different posts and service in the states government rules 2022 notified vide G.A. ad P.G department notification No, 9897/ Ge dated 11.4.2022
