1. an eminent should have a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high qualify actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in the pert-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research core of 120 as per the criteria given in appendix II table 2 of Andhra Pradesh Revised UGC scale 

2. minimum of ten years of teaching experience in under/college as assistant professor/associate professor/ professor and/or research experience at the equivalent level at the university  national level institution with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate

or 

An outstanding professional having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied /applied disciplines from any academic institution (not included in a above) industry who has made sigafiacnt contribution to the knowledge in the concerned /allied relevant discipline supported bt documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years experience 

1. good academic record with a ph.d degree in the concerned /allied/relevant discipline

2/ a master’s degree with at least 55%  marks ( or an equivalent grade on a point scale whenever the grading stay is followed 

3. A minimum of eight years o experience in teaching and/or research in an academic /research position equivalent to that of an assistant professor in a university college or accredited research institution/industry  with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGCX listed journals and a total research score of seventy-five as per the criteria given in appendix table 2 of Andhra Pradesh revised UGC scales of pay 

1. Masters’s degree with 55% marks ( or an equal grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/ allied subject from an invasion university or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university 

2. Besides fulfilling the above qualification: the candidates must have cleared the national eligibility test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph, D degree in accordance with the university grants commission ( minimum standards and procedure for award of M.Phil//Ph.D degree ) regulations 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET

Provided the candidates registered for the Ph.D program prior to jilt 11 2009 shall be governed by the provisions of the then existing ordinances /Bye-laws /regulations of the institution awarding the degree and such Ph.D. candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of assistant professor or equivalent positions in universities/ colleges /institutions subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions

1. good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the masters level in a relevant subject from an Indian university or an Evelyn degree from the accredited foreign university 

2. Besides fulfilling the above qualification the candidates should have cleared a national eligibility test (NET) conducted by UGC, CSIR, or similar test accredited by the UGC like NET/SLET

3. Hodlers of Ph.D. degree as on the date of notification of these regulations along with those candidates who are awarded Ph.D. degree through a process of admission registration course work ad external evaluation as laid in the UGG (minimum standard  procedures for a process of admission registration course work and external evaluation as laid in the UGC(minimum standard procedures for awed of M.Phli/Ph.D degree) Regulations 2009 ad so adapted by the university shall be exempted from NET/SLET/SET

Good academic record as defined any  the concerned university with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where the grading system is practiced at the master level in a relevant subject from an Indian university for an equivalent degree from the accredited foreign university 

Desirable qualification:

1. 2md class master’s degree with BE/B.Tech in computer science with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7-point scale along with a good academic record (5% relaxation in marks for BC/SC/ST/PwD categories) 

or 

MCA/M.Sc /MS in computer science with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 points scale along with a good academic record (%% relaxation in marks for BC/SC/St/PwD categories)

Experience:

1. Must have 3 years experience in a supervisory or second grade in a group B post in a government department /university/educational or research institution
2. Must have computer knowledge and experience in managing the examination section in preparation for evaluation of answer sheets calculation of CHPA and SGPA and preparation of records for the announcement of results

1. 2md class masters degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent rade pf B in the UGC 7 point scale along with good academic record ( %5 relaxations in marks for BC/SC/ST/PWD Categories)

Experience:

1. 1. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a group B post n a government department /university/educational research institution along with proven administrative capabilities

1. at least 15 years of experience as an assistant professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or with 8  years of service in the AGP of Rs, 8000 and above including an associate professor along with experience in educational administration or 

2. compare experience in research establishment and /. or other institutions of higher education
