Selection procedure:

1. Candidates will be allowed only after registration and followed by successful document verification shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on personal interviews and final recommendations shall be made as per the following criteria
2. Experience from academic institutions/colleges shall not be considered and the same will be coded for the purpose of calculation of post-qualification experience
3. In view of the requirement the selected candidate shall  be required to join ECIL immediately after the declaration of the result as such candidates are advised to come prepared to resume the assigned activity/work immediately in case they are shortlisted
4. Officer letters will be issued in a phased manner based on the requirement only

General conditions:

1. Before appearing for the interview candidates should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he/she has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the posts stated in the advertisement in all respect
2. The degree of disability for PwD candidates is 40% and above
3. Candidates should be ready to work anywhere in India as per the need/organization’s requirement
4. Candidates who studied full-time/regular courses are only eligible for correspondence /distance mode /e-learning/part-time courses and shall not be considered
5. It is mandatory for the candidates who are already working with any of the units of the electronics corporation of India limited to obtain a letter from the respective reporting officer seeking permission to attend the selection process and need to submit the letter at the time of documents verification
6. The company reserves the right to alter   the no. of posts or cancels the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason
7. The decision of ECIL n all matters regarding the eligibility of the candidates the stage at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken qualifications and other eligibility norms will be final and binding on the candidates
8. All qualifications should  be from a recognized Indian university/institution recognized by the appropriate statutory authority 
9. The applications in liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/furnishing of false information
10. Any legal proceeding in respect of any matter/claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and or any application
11. Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of the application
