Instructions to the applicants:

1. The applicants have to go through the notification instruction for candidates for vacancy positions etc. carefully before filling up the application form
2. If the prescribed/ required documents are not submitted along with the application to the application so received will be rejected and no request for revival will be considered the documents/marks lists/ certificates submitted at a later date will not  be entertained
3. Application received complete in all respects will be summarily rejected and no correspondence in the matter will be made with the applicant
4. Caste certificate for SC/ST and OBC in the prescribed form prescribe for appointment under the government of India from the competent authorities as in 
5. Candidates with benchmark disabilities will be considered as persons with disability (PwD) and entitled to relaxation for persons with disabilities
6. The format and the competent authorities prescribed for issuing the certificates of sports achievement in any other form or from authorizes not competent to issue the same will be ignored
7. The selected  candidates should produce relevant original certificates only at the time when it is called for
8. The candidates on appointment will be liable for posting at any place in the Karnataka 
9. Sports persons who are already employed by the central government or state government or PSU should furnish NOC from the present employer
10. Failure to comply with the instructions/conditions prescribed in the notification will result in the rejection of the application and no intimation will be served no communication in this regard will be entertained
11. Any form of canvassing /bringing undue pressure by any candidate will render his/her candidature liable to be rejected summarily at any stage of the recruitment process
12. The candidates selected will be appointed and will be on probation as per the rules the training will be imparted to the selected candidates as prescribed
