Instruction to candidates:
- Candidates are instructed to check their email address for correctness if an error is found please email the correct email address with the roll number
- Candidates are instructed to write their roll number in the box provided in the hall ticket
- Candidates are inserted to fill the hall ticket details with a blue pen only (typing is not allowed
) - The candidate is required to end the examination hall 30 minutes before the prescribed time of the commencement of the examination No candidate shall be admitted to the examination hall after Ten minutes of the scheduled time of commencement of the examination
- The candidates should bring/her own pen and link
- Photographs without attention in the hall ticket are not valid and candidates will not be allowed to attend the exam
- No candidates shall be allowed to use or even keep with him/her his/her own tables/bools /chars /electric slide rules/Logarithmic tales, etc, in the examination hall and if he /she will be penalized
- Calculator mobile phones, pagers, or other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring an of the banned items including mobile phones/ pagers to the venue of the examination as arrangements for their safekeeping cannot be assured
- No candidates shall leave the examination hall without prior permission of the invigilator /supervisor for any purpose whatsoever
- The written examination will be multiple choice questions (MCQs) with a single best answer. No negative marks will be attributed to wrong answers there will be 50 multiple choice questions each carrying 1 mark total marks for the written examination is 50 marks separated and sheets will be provided for the multiple choice questions for the written assessment
- The top 10 candidates in the order of the merit list from the written examination will be informed to attend the skill test in the afternoon on the same day i.e. 17th August 2022 from 2.30 pm to 3.00 pm
- The written exam results will be informed to all the candidates individually through email and the suitable candidates for attending the skill test will be informed through a phone call as well as email
- The final results shall be published on the JIPMER website no personal intimation shall be given to the candidates regarding the results
- Traveling and other expenses must be borne by the candidates himself/the institute does not make arrangements for boarding and lodging of the candidates
