Mode of selection and Panel for engagement:
On the basis of marks obtained on basic qualifications, a panel will be prepared for engagement as per rule selected candidates will be taken from the panel ad if a vacancy arises following the resignation of community health assistant Urban) the panel be utilized for filling up the vacant posts
General information for the applicants / Candidates may be as follows:
- Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete application forms are liable to be canceled
- Following documents (self-attested) need to be submitted along with the attached application format
- Photo proof identity card (Passport or voters ID or Aadhaar Card or Pan Card) by a Gaxetter officer or Group “A” officer of the State Government (Voter ID card) / Ration card)
- The age-proof certificates like admitting care/ Scholl leaving certificate issued by the West Bengal board of secondary education or similar board
- Caste Category certificate (if any) In the case of OBC candidates categories “A” or “B” must be mentioned specifically in the caste certificate otherwise the candidates will be treated in the “Unserved category” specifically in the caste certificate otherwise the candidate will be treated in “Unreserved category”
- Marksheets and passed the certificate of Madhyamika and ANM /GNM examination
- Self-attested copy of the ANM /GNm Registration certificate
- No rounding off of marks will be granted proportionate marking up to 2 decimal points will be considered
- The decision of the competent authority regarding the engagement will be final
- The Kolkata city NUHM Society reserves the right to change /modify any /all of the above conditions
