General Conditions:
- These shortlisted eligible candidates will be considered for engagement on a fixed-term contract basis initially for a period of 3 years subject to their medical fitness and meeting all eligibility conditions prescribed for the position
- Selected candidates will have to bear the cost of the pre-engagement medical examination
- The selection process/ joining TA/DA shall be made in this regard
- The FTC will be renewable at the sole direction of the management only subject to satisfactory performance
- The contract could be terminated earlier at the discretion o n of the management during the validity of the contract and or in the event of unsatisfactory performance
- The applicant must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria and that the particulars furnished by him /her in the application are correct in all respect at any stage of the selection process if the particulars furnished by the applicants in the application or testimonials attached /provided are found to be incorrect
- Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to their engagement selection shall be considered
- The decision of AAILCLAS management regarding the eligibility criteria acceptance or rejection of application mode of selection to the post etc.
- AAICLAS may increase or decrease the number of positions without assigning any reason whatsoever the engagement shall be on a phase-wise basis on a need basis within a period of 2 years from the date of interaction
- The candidates have to submit the duly filled-in enclosed form along with the relevant documents at the time of the interview
- The selected candidates have to perform all the screening and allied services including operation etc., as per the requirement of the company
- The present personnel already engaged with AAICLAS) shall not be eligible to apply or appear in this interview
